With a calming presence and problem-solving approach, Dr. Ersilia’s patients feel relaxed and confident that they are in caring, skilled hands.

Born in Italy then raised in Kelowna, Dr. Ersilia completed a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Biochemistry and a Doctorate in Biochemistry at U of A. From there, she completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine at UBC in 2012. To further her training, she completed a General Practice in Dentistry Residency Program (GPR) at the U of A Hospital, gaining Conscious Intravenous Sedation certification. Dr. Ersilia is excited to offer this service to Glenmore Dental patients as she is very passionate about Oral Surgery.

After their first daughter was born, she and her husband decided to move back to Kelowna to be closer to family. Dr. Ersilia now has two beautiful daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and skiing.

Having a laid-back but gentle and soft-spoken personality, Dr. Cody makes his patients feel at ease when they meet him. 
 
Dr. Cody was born in Wainwright, Alberta, and later went to the University of Alaska, where he completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1997. He then played professional hockey for seven years before returning to Dental school, where he graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry. 
 
After spending 13 years working in Yorkton, Saskatchewan, Dr. Cody and his wife Danielle decided in September 2021 to make the move to Kelowna with their two children so they could have the opportunity to join the Hockey school program and enjoy the BC lifestyle.
 
In Dr. Cody’s spare time, he enjoys coaching Hockey and Baseball, playing golf, skiing and watersports. In addition, he loves fixing things, problem-solving, reading and trading.

Dr. Hackman attended the University of Alberta for a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry, graduating in 2015. He then completed his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver in 2019. After working for two years in Alberta, he decided to move to the beautiful Okanagan in May 2021

Connecting isolated and underserved communities to dental care is an aspect of dentistry that Dr. Hackman finds great enjoyment in. He’s volunteered care in a small community in Jamaica, Vernon, the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver, and is hoping to find similar opportunities in Kelowna.

Dr. Hackman is ecstatic to be working with the brilliant Glenmore Dental team, always striving to provide top-notch care for patients. He loves meeting new people and helping them overcome any fears or barriers that have prevented them from achieving immaculate oral health.
 

Marcus is constantly seeking out adventure in the outdoors, enjoying back country hiking, scuba diving, golfing, snowboarding and camping.



Jill was fortunate enough to grow up in Kelowna. After high school she attended Okanagan College where she completed the Certified Dental Assistant Program in 2007. After many years of dental assisting Jill was given the opportunity with a shared vision to help Dr. Coccaro open Glenmore Dental and has managed the clinic since the doors opened in January 2021.

Jill is caring and empathetic, she is passionate about helping patients. She always loves a challenge whether its learning something new or pushing herself to set new goals.

When not working Jill can be found spending time with her husband and two young daughters. She enjoys sharing her passion of the outdoors with her kids, hiking, trail running, backpacking in the mountains, snowboarding at Big White, mountain biking, and playing soccer.

Meme was raised here in the beautiful Okanagan. After her high school graduation, she was able to secure her dual citizenship, which allowed her to spend the next 3 years living in Maui! She worked at Aloha Rent A Car and quickly learned so much about the gorgeous island that she was fortunate to call home. Meme absolutely loved working in hospitality and helping tourists from around the world! After returning home to Kelowna, Meme was able to do some more travelling until she ultimately began her career in Dentistry! Meme completed her Dental Administration Course at Okanagan College in 2011 and has been working in the field ever since!

In her free time, Meme loves to be on her fishing boat with her hubby and 2 little kiddos. She loves to be on or near the water as much as possible!

Our lovely Colette originally hails from Kamloops. She later relocated to Ottawa, where she attended Carleton University to study psychology and criminology.

She later made her move to our beautiful city to marry the love of her life in 1997. Her second love would end up being the wonderful world of dentistry. Colette has a whopping 27 years of experience in the dental field!

If Colette isn’t at the clinic making everyone laugh, you will find her on one of her long walks with her cute pups and gal pals. She enjoys spending time around a campfire with her friends and two grown sons, travelling to new places and shopping with her favourite nephew!    

Ellen was born and raised in North Vancouver. She completed her studies in dental hygiene at Vancouver College of Dental Hygiene in June 2017, and then promptly moved to the beautiful Okanagan with her husband – she has never looked back! Outside of work, you will find Ellen planning her next travel adventure, hiking with her pup Norah, skiing at Big White, camping with friends and road biking across town.

Ellen understands that every client is unique and treatments vary accordingly. She is passionate about dental hygiene and her goal is to always provide the best individual care for all her patients. She looks forward to getting to know her patients long-term and working together to keep their oral care a priority!

Caitlyn recently moved to Kelowna from New Westminster after completing the dental
hygiene program at Vancouver Community College in June 2023. Before pursuing dental
hygiene, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences at Simon Fraser
University in 2020. 

Caitlyn strives to ensure her patients feel comfortable and judgement-free during their
dental appointments. She likes to take the time to provide personalized care and
education to ensure her patients know what is going on in their mouth and empower
them to take control of their oral health.

When Caitlyn isn't talking about oral hygiene, she likes to spend her time creatively by
cooking and baking a variety of meals and treats (such as French macarons), creating
art, playing guitar, and more! She also enjoys exploring the world by travelling to various
countries and discovering local gems and the outdoors. Her partner, Kyle, has even
recently taught her how to snowboard.

Dallas was born and raised in Kelowna. She recently graduated from the Toronto College of Dental Hygiene in April of 2024. 

She is excited to be a part of the Glenmore Dental team and build relationships with patients. She is passionate about educating patients on their oral health and providing the best possible treatment. Dallas has a very calm and comforting presence while also enjoying a good laugh and keeping things lighthearted. 

When not working, Dallas enjoys spending time outside walking, hiking, paddle-boarding and relaxing by the pool. In the winter you can find her up at Big White skiing. Recently she has been enjoying playing pickleball and golfing! Family is very important to Dallas, and she enjoys spending time with her mom, dad, brother and dog Buster.

Roslynn was born and raised in Vancouver. She moved to West Kelowna with her family in 2017 where she finished up High School and went on to the Dental Assisting program at Okanagan College.

Roslynn always has a positive uplifting attitude. Her patients will always be greeted with a friendly smile. When not working you can find Ros spending time in the outdoors hiking, camping, fishing, boating or shopping.

Diana was born and raised in the Philippines. She migrated to Canada when she was 15 years old with her family and has loved living in Kelowna ever since. She attended secondary school at MBSS, and after high school, she took 2 years off to do mission work in Vancouver. Diana then went to Okanagan College for the Dental Administration and Certified Dental Assistant program and graduated from OC in 2018.

Diana is creative, empathetic, dedicated, patient & loves to create a positive atmosphere for her patients.

In her spare time Diana loves to sing and play guitar with her sister, snowboard, read books, does extra and background work in movies. Diana recently got married in September 2023 to her husband Jesse. They celebrated with their friend in family here in Kelowna! Together they have a ‘Pomchi’ dog named Bailey and hope to build a family of their own here in Kelowna.
