We offer Sedation dentistry and will work with you to create a treatment plan that leaves you feeling comfortably and confidently in control.

Dr. Ersilia Coccaro

General Dentist

With a calming presence and problem-solving approach, Dr. Ersilia’s patients feel relaxed and confident that they are in caring, skilled hands.

 

Born in Italy then raised in Kelowna, Dr. Ersilia completed a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Biochemistry and a Doctorate in Biochemistry at U of A. From there, she completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine at UBC in 2012. To further her training, she completed a General Practice in Dentistry Residency Program (GPR) at the U of A Hospital, gaining Conscious Intravenous Sedation certification. Dr. Ersilia is excited to offer this service to Glenmore Dental patients as she is very passionate about Oral Surgery.

 

After their first daughter was born, she and her husband decided to move back to Kelowna to be closer to family. Dr. Ersilia now has two beautiful daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and skiing.

Dr. Cody Bowtell

General Dentist

Having a laid-back but gentle and soft-spoken personality, Dr. Cody makes his patients feel at ease when they meet him. 
 
Dr. Cody was born in Wainwright, Alberta, and later went to the University of Alaska, where he completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1997. He then played professional hockey for seven years before returning to Dental school, where he graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry. 
 
After spending 13 years working in Yorkton, Saskatchewan, Dr. Cody and his wife Danielle decided in September 2021 to make the move to Kelowna with their two children so they could have the opportunity to join the Hockey school program and enjoy the BC lifestyle.
 
In Dr. Cody’s spare time, he enjoys coaching Hockey and Baseball, playing golf, skiing and watersports. In addition, he loves fixing things, problem-solving, reading and trading.

Jill Findlay

CDA, Office Manager

Jill was lucky enough to grow up in West Kelowna. After high school, she went to Okanagan College, where she completed the Certified Dental Assistant Program in 2007. Having worked in the dental field for a while now, she is excited to move into her new role as Office Manager.

When not working, Jill can be found spending time with her husband and two young daughters. She is passionate about the outdoors, and enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, and playing soccer.

Malia

Receptionist

Malia was born in Dawson Creek, BC and raised on Vancouver Island. She moved to Kelowna in the spring of 2020 with her partner. Malia did some general studies and schooling at the University of Alberta and then went on to complete her certification in clinical esthetics. After working in the esthetic industry for a bit she decided to explore the dental field and is now one of the friendly faces and Dental Receptionists here at Glenmore. Recently Malia completed the Dental Office Administration Course at Okanagan College in February of 2022.

When not working you can find Malia kayaking or hiking and taking in the Okanagan beauty. If she’s not outside, you can find her watching hockey and cheering on her favourite teams.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Born & raised in beautiful Kelowna, Eden is a recent graduate of the U.B.C. dental hygiene degree program in 2020, and is thrilled to return to her hometown after 4 years in Vancouver. In her spare time Eden enjoys hiking, backpacking, camping, swimming, surfing & shredding the slopes at Big White! As a new dental hygiene practitioner, Eden is keen to create a comfortable & positive client experience, ensuring to uphold the highest standard of quality & individualized care for each patient. Eden is looking forward to meeting new patients and helping them achieve their oral & overall health goals!

Registered Dental Hygienist

Ellen was born and raised in North Vancouver. She completed her studies in dental hygiene at Vancouver College of Dental Hygiene in June 2017, and then promptly moved to the beautiful Okanagan with her husband – she has never looked back! Outside of work, you will find Ellen planning her next travel adventure, hiking with her pup Norah, skiing at Big White, camping with friends and road biking across town.

Ellen understands that every client is unique and treatments vary accordingly. She is passionate about dental hygiene and her goal is to always provide the best individual care for all her patients. She looks forward to getting to know her patients long-term and working together to keep their oral care a priority!

Roslynn

Certified Dental Assistant

Roslynn was born and raised in Vancouver. She moved to West Kelowna with her family in 2017 where she finished up High School and went on to the Dental Assisting program at Okanagan College.

Roslynn always has a positive uplifting attitude. Her patients will always be greeted with a friendly smile. When not working you can find Ros spending time in the outdoors hiking, camping, fishing, boating or shopping.

Eden K.

Certified Dental Assistant

Eden was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. She moved to Kelowna to further her education and seek a new livelihood. She is a recent graduate of the Certified Dental Assistant program at Okanagan College.

Eden has a bubbly personality that will make you smile as soon as you meet her. When not working you can find Eden walking her two dogs, Faith and Bernard or learning new recipes and cuisines all while enjoying the small things the Okanagan has to offer.
